Adrian Dale [Forum Moderator]

Adrian Dale has 18 years experience in the fields of Knowledge Management, Competitive Intelligence and Information Science. Before joining TFPL as an Advisor, he was a Senior Manager for Unilever Research with responsibility for IT & Knowledge Management in their Research and Innovation Programmes.
He is now one of TFPL's strategic advisers, coaching organisations and their senior management in the development of information and knowledge strategies. Adrian runs the TFPL knowledge management and information architecture training programmes, and is currently working with a number of organisations on the development of the information architectures that underpin their websites and intranets.
Adrian is Editor of the Journal of Information Science and a member of the Advisory Board of the Department of Information Science in Loughborough University, UK. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals and a Visiting Professor of Knowledge Management at the Athens University of Economics and Business.

Tim Godbehere joined Unilever in 2004 with a specific remit to convey the new Unilever brand and Vitality mission on all corporate websites around the world – that's over 75! After successfully launching the first phase of 25 sites, he gained responsibility for all of Unilever's corporate communications channels.
With 13 years marketing experience, Tim is no stranger to global projects. He has delivered a single web platform for Reed Elsevier's worldwide exhibition business and direct marketing campaigns for British Airways' Executive Club.
An advocate of brands, Tim is now working with the Unilever leadership on the next phase of the Unilever brand ambition.
Marcel Knobil

Marcel Knobil chairs communications agency Creative & Commercial which produces advertising and design work for some of the strongest organisations in the world.
Previously he worked at a number of agencies, including WPP - the world-leading communications group - as an Account Director.
Marcel founded the Superbrands organisation (the independent authority on branding), promoting branding in over 40 countries. Members include: Coca-Cola, McDonald's, Microsoft, Shell, Sony and Virgin.
Marcel consistently appears on BBC, Sky and CNN as well as on radio, lectures on branding around the world and writes/contributes to numerous press articles for nationals. He is currently working on his thirteenth book on branding.
Nicola Thompson
Director of Interface, MagusNicola Thompson is Director of Interface at Magus, and heads up the company's product and experience design activities, including the ActiveStandards program.
Nicola has been immersed in web technologies, and the effective delivery of information online since 1995. She has led the definition and delivery of strategic website solutions to a wide range of blue-chip clients, including: Unilever, GlaxoSmithKline, The Institution of Engineering and Technology, GE Healthcare and Smith & Nephew.
Nicola studied Fine Art at Goldsmiths College, alongside many of the bright lights of the Brit Art generation.
