Royal Philips International
Chris Villinger leads the Country Internet Management (CIM) program at Royal Philips International. He is responsible for strategic planning, country localization and coordination of company-wide online marketing programs, with a particular focus on the business-to-business (B2B) target audiences in professional Healthcare and Lighting. Chris is responsible for 80 country websites with 20 functional reports and is also a member of the Philips Online Board.
Nicola Thompson is Head of Standards Services at Magus, where she leads the ActiveStandards development program and the website standards consultancy division.
She has advised a wide range of blue-chip clients on their website standards and governance strategy, including: Unilever, Bupa, Rolls-Royce, Canon Europe and Standard Life. She was also a key contributor to PAS 124, the industry best practice specification for: "Defining, implementing and managing website standards".
Nicola has a degree in Fine Art from Goldsmiths College. Her art background is reflected in her longstanding passion for interface and information design.
Simon is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Magus.
As CEO, Simon is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company, and also has a client-facing role across a number of major accounts.
Before founding Magus, Simon was a research scientist, completing a PhD in biochemistry at Imperial College London. Reflecting his origins, Simon continues to stay very close to the product development process, which defines the innovative heart of Magus.
