Ron is a senior analyst who focuses on design and global website organisation and design, mobile website design, and website reviews.

He is the lead analyst in web globalization research, advising clients on how to organise their resources to maximise internal efficiencies while maximising local relevance. Ron is part of the core analyst team responsible for developing Forrester's Website Review methodology and has also co-developed Forrester's Mobile Website Review.

Dana Poole is Online Policy & Standards Analyst for Corporate Affairs - Web Communications at Shell. 

In her role, Dana creates, maintains and enforces usability, brand and accessibility standards across all Shell websites. One of the main online focus areas for Shell is global web measurement, in which Dana plays a crucial role.

Simon Lande is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Magus.

As CEO, Simon is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company, and also has a client-facing role across a number of our major accounts.

Before founding Magus, Simon was a research scientist, completing a PhD in biochemistry at Imperial College London. Reflecting his origins, Simon continues to stay very close to the product development process, which defines the innovative heart of Magus.
